Shall We Begin?

So here we are, just a school, standing in front of a student, now offering financial aid in the US.

Moravian University is launching three new Associate of Arts Degrees, powered by CG Spectrum, starting with Concept Art, Game Design, and 3D Modeling.

So..? How are these different than any of the other courses you could take within the creative industries?

So glad you asked. We've worked hard to combine the best of what we've learned teaching in these industries over the last 11 years with what CG Spectrum is known for, only now presented in an accredited academic format with access to aid.

We are industry

We were founded on a simple idea: bringing together professionals and those aspiring to be professionals to learn a craft. Fortunately, other educators have also joined us in this mission, and now we're bringing an expanded phase of this approach by combining experts in craft with experts in education to a single program. Our goal is to provide the best from various forms of education by ensuring students connect with instructors well-versed in lecture and demonstration modalities alongside in-depth expertise, providing focused feedback and problem-solving that closely mimics an industry work experience.

No Fluff Professional Training

Higher education accredited programs typically have course requirements beyond the major. Much of the time, these courses can be a strain on joy, taking you away from the focused training you want to do. For our programs, we've done everything possible to ensure that all courses are relevant to you, not just the major subjects.

No seemingly random papers to write on odd subjects. Just focused, relevant information to ensure you not only have the technical ability, but also problem-solving, creative thinking, and the artistic fundamentals to succeed in the long term with a creative career. We don't want to only get you in the door, we want to ensure you're fully prepared to meet your long-term goals, wherever they may take you.

Join your people

Lastly, is what you didn't know you needed. You'll be joining a global community of over 5000 creatives with clubs, special events, and the beginnings of that network everyone talks about. Our 150+ mentors are also in here, which isn't a bad place to begin the job hunt. A community is a difficult thing to externally communicate, and for most students, it isn't something on their minds when looking for a degree. For those who have experienced it, though, it becomes one of the most valuable aspects of our educational model. Don't simply join CGS to learn, join in and belong.

Access

Now, with the availability of US Federal Financial Aid, we can bring these pillars of why CG Spectrum exists to a larger audience. Joining the creative industry is challenging, and focusing on these pillars has proven to be the best way to provide students with the best possible chance of achieving their dream.
